Iran is in need of vaccine producing!
“At present, we are in need of 6 vaccines in the field of Livestock and 18 vaccines in the field of poultries which the researchers are asked for production.”
Agriculture Jihad ministry declared.
Kazem Khavazi stated: “Thanks to the Veterinary department efforts along with technical and scientific officials supports we managed to produce the vaccine for severe avian influenza with the H5 antigens. In 2017, we had to cull and disposed of 26 million chickens due to the spread of bird flu and that was a great catastrophe in the Iranian poultry industry.”
He continued: “We really hope that the production of severe bird flu vaccines would be taken out of the governmental organizations and will be lend to the private sectors.”
