Cease in Chicken export

 

Ali Ebrahimi, the CEO of the Broilers Union of the country said: "Last year, in the Basic Commodity Pricing Council, a support price of 58 thousand Tomans was set for each kilogram of live chicken, so that the livestock affairs supportive trade company would purchase this product whenever the prices will decrease." 

The CEO of the Broilers Union of the country continued: Currently, the daily price of live chicken in the market has reached 63 to 64 thousand Tomans, and the finished price in the current situation is around 65 thousand Tomans.

He stated: Due to the increase in the price of chicken in the market, the export of chicken has been stopped.

Ebrahimi said: "The export of chicken was small and around 120 tons per day was exported averagely, and it has little effect on regulating the market, however, the export of chicken has been stopped by the government's decision."
