Iran ranks 23rd in milk production in the world

“In the field of raw milk production Iran ranks 23rd in the world, but in terms of genetic ability, it has taken the second place in industrial livestock.”  Deputy of Livestock Production Ministry of Jihad Agriculture stated. 

In livestock breeding, attention is paid to milk fat and dry matter, which can improve our position in the economizing of milk production, and we have special programs in this field. 

Referring to the development of chains, the Deputy Minister of Jihad Agriculture said: “We must expand the chains so that all livestock farmers can benefit from the added value of the final product.”
